Commit getconf/socklen_t/largefile patch suggested by Albert Chin.

This is tested on
  Solaris 2.5.2, 2.6, 7, 8/SPARC, HP-UX 10.20, 11.00,
  Tru64 UNIX 4.0D, 5.0A, IRIX 6.2, 6.5, AIX 4.3.2
and it works ok.

This patch *requires* autoconf 2.52.
