Typo in index.rst

Update extras.csv for VCLGenie

Vimeo's boltsort is for 3.0 and maybe for 4.0. std.sort() does the same
in recent versions.

Remove gwist due to conflicting interests.

I wouldn't normally do a PR for a single typo, but this section specifically talks about language, so IMHO spelling matters.
