Though unquoted Etags are commonly seen in the wild, according to rfc2616
the entity-tag itself should be quoted.

If we gzip/gzunzipped the object, the C-E header we produced controls
and if the 304 contains an ETag, it must be weakened.

	int
	foo()
	{
		int bar;

		(void)bar;
		[...]
	}

Isn't valid C because bar has an undefined value when you cast its
value away.  Yes, many thanks to ISO-C for that gem.

Memset the variables to zero instead.

running and gives an error (which we ignore) if it isn't.
