Though unquoted Etags are commonly seen in the wild, according to rfc2616
the entity-tag itself should be quoted.

If we gzip/gzunzipped the object, the C-E header we produced controls
and if the 304 contains an ETag, it must be weakened.

	int
	foo()
	{
		int bar;

		(void)bar;
		[...]
	}

Isn't valid C because bar has an undefined value when you cast its
value away.  Yes, many thanks to ISO-C for that gem.

Memset the variables to zero instead.

this CLI command goes to the varnish worker process if it is
running and gives an error (which we ignore) if it isn't.

Add std.rollback() to rollback req or bereq and mark the builtin rollback
as deprecated.
