Rename beresp.storage to beresp.storage_hint for consistency.

This would cause the API to link this log record to itself, creating
endless loops. Correct it by setting it to zero (meaning no parent).

Fixes issue where a 2nd VSM context is used to get the current name,
not taking any -n/-N arguments into account

This makes sure that VSM_Name always has something sensible to return.

This upsets coverity and doesn't add value, so remove the printf
line.

This is no longer needed and breaks -n

This allows using the -ixIX options to filter which records are counted.

Mostly non-breaking space and angle brackets. Stick with what has worked
for 51 years now, proper 7bit US-ASCII! ;-)
