in VRT_AddDirector, we create the new vcldir with an initial
reference, which we need to drop if we can not add it.

Compare:

	VRT_AddDirector()
		...
		vdir->refcnt++;

	vcldir_free()
		...
		AZ(vdir->refcnt);
