It is modified by the sed(1) command and git-rm(1) can complain about that
depending on your local configuration:

There is a compatibility macro added to varnish.m4 in 4.0.3,
so we can build VMODs on EL6 now.

Inspired by pull request to libvmod-ipcast from Martin Probst.

Let the Makefile install these files on all systems, instead
of having explicit handling of them in the redhat spec and
debian configurations.

This reverts commit cacb7b2a.
